Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury hospitality venue in Surrey to find an experienced Chef de Partie. You will join a talented culinary team and contribute across a variety of services, delivering high-quality dishes with impeccable presentation.

We are seeking a passionate chef with a keen eye for detail, comfortable in a high-end kitchen, and able to uphold rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene while supporting the brigade to deliver exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a brigade and maintain kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across a variety of services.
• Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
• Support the wider brigade to ensure smooth and consistent service.
