Job Description

Chef Concierge

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assigning sufficient staffing for daily operations
• Planning VIP and limousine movements for arrivals and departures, ensuring operational efficiency
• Managing Lobby Greeter duties during peak check-in/out times and events
• Handling guest issues as needed
• Managing limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting
• Reviewing and planning staff rosters to meet productivity goals
• Maintaining LQA service standards consistently
• Conducting service audits and ensuring compliance with hotel standards
• Ensuring lobby and driveway operations run smoothly, assisting guests, and maintaining service standards
• Providing professional, engaging, and friendly service
• Leading a Heartist approach to guest experience
• Participating in the Singapore Society of the Golden Keys
• Training, monitoring, and evaluating staff; conducting counseling and disciplinary actions
• Attending departmental meetings
• Handling guest requests and complaints
• Maintaining grooming standards and proper housekeeping of work areas
• Managing communication tools and equipment effectively
• Ensuring safety and security procedures are followed
• Handling telephone inquiries and requests promptly

Qualifications

• Member of Les Clefs d’Or (Society of Golden Keys, Singapore)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent guest interaction, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Opera system and related hotel systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English; second language advantageous
• Friendly, engaging service attitude
• Good guest relations skills, confident and clear English communication
• Customer service focus, detail-oriented in training and performance management
• Adaptable to challenges and open to change
• Ability to build partnerships across departments
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with guests and colleagues
