Mitchells & Butlers PLC is launching a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship, offering hands-on kitchen training with a mentor in a busy brigade. No prior experience is required, just a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.

The 15-month program combines on-the-job training with a nationally recognised qualification, within a full-time kitchen role and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Interest in cooking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share your insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to standard.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and tidy.
