Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC offers a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, in a full-time kitchen environment. You will work with passionate chefs, learn on the job, and gain a nationally recognised qualification while helping ensure quality for guests.

No prior experience is required; you will be taught everything needed, with mentoring and progression opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Apprenticeship to Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months.
• Full-time kitchen role under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Communicate with team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Assist with stock rotation and prep tasks.
• Attend in-house training and complete learning modules.
