Qualifications

• No experience required; apprenticeship-based training provided.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if not already GCSE or equivalents).
• Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
