Zusammenfassung

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a motivated Chef Apprentice to join our luxury kitchen team. You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations and food safety as you work toward your professional development goals.

You will be trained across different kitchen sections, develop essential culinary skills, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Learn and assist with the preparation and cooking of food to hotel standards.
• Support the kitchen team with mise en place and daily tasks.
• Develop understanding of different cooking methods and presentation techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Work with chefs to support smooth service operations.
• Learn to minimise food waste and contribute to sustainable practices.
• Participate in training and ongoing skill development.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to personal growth during apprenticeship.
