The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a motivated Pastry Apprentice to join our Kitchen Team in a luxury hospitality setting. You will train in pastry production, baking, chocolate work and dessert preparation while working toward professional development goals.

Qualifications

• Commit to completing a formal apprenticeship programme and all required training.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in kitchen, bakery, pastry kitchen or hospitality preferred.
• Right to work in the UK and residency criteria for funding eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pastry production, baking techniques and chocolate work.
• Prepare desserts and support pastry chefs in daily operations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and quality standards; support kitchen teamwork.
• Develop essential bakery and pâtisserie skills through hands-on training.
