Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting an experienced Chef for a Dover kitchen. You will run shifts, prepare meals to order, and uphold top-quality hygiene and presentation. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll help ensure efficient restaurant operations in a busy environment.

We require 2 years’ kitchen experience, strong food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Shifts cover 6:00am-10:00pm with Sunday hours included.

Qualifications

• 2 years' kitchen experience required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP.
• Experience with COSHH and allergen management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and deliver quality.
• Excellent teamwork, organisation and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen during your shift and prepare food to order.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Support smooth operation of the restaurant under Head Chef supervision.

CHEF - DOVERDover | Competitive Salary | Temporary | 5 days per week

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our clients busy kitchen team in Dover.

You will be responsible for running the kitchen during your shift, preparing food to order and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene. You will report to the Head Chef and support the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.

Key Requirements

• 2 years' kitchen experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and allergens
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
