Hawk 3 Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our Newport-based Asset Management and Valuation team. You will handle valuations, estate management, acquisitions, and disposals, advising clients with clear, commercially-focused guidance.

Responsibilities include rent reviews, leases, surrenders, and negotiating property interests, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to asset management strategies.

Formación

• MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in estates-related discipline.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake valuations across a range of property transactions in line with client requirements, legislation and professional standards.
• Complete annual asset valuation programmes in accordance with financial regulations and professional guidance.
• Provide day-to-day estate management services including rent reviews, leases, dilapidations and related matters.
• Negotiate and progress leases, tenancies, licences, and other property interests.
• Support acquisition and disposal decisions with professional valuation advice.
• Manage a caseload effectively ensuring timely, accurate work.
