Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking a senior Lead Surveyor to own complex valuation and property advisory instructions across commercial, residential, and development assets in the UK. You will provide strategic advice directly to private and commercial clients while influencing major property decisions.

You will have autonomy across instructions, combining valuation expertise with strategic options appraisal and asset advice, contributing to business growth with integrity, quality and agility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience undertaking commercial, residential and/or development property valuations.
• Experience providing strategic property advice, options appraisals and commercially focused recommendations.
• MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status are highly desirable.
