Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Exeter is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to lead and deliver a diverse range of surveying instructions across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. The role offers hybrid working within a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy and a clear path to Associate Director, with ownership of client relationships and growth of the local team.

The role requires MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status, consultancy or client-side surveying experience, and a strong project

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
Consultancy or client-side building surveying experience.
Strong project and professional surveying background.
Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in a growing regional team.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a diverse range of building surveying instructions.
Manage refurbishment, fit-out, repair and asset improvement projects.
Undertake professional surveys, defect diagnosis and condition assessments.
Build and develop client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to the continued growth of the South West business.
