Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of professional and project Building Surveying services.
• Undertake building surveys, condition surveys and defect analysis.
• Prepare specifications and oversee refurbishment, repair and improvement projects.
• Provide contract administration and project delivery services.
• Advise clients on dilapidations, party wall matters and other professional instructions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and help grow the Building Surveying offering across the South West.
• Mentor and support more junior members of the team.

I'm working with an excellent multidisciplinary construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join its growing Exeter office.

You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects and professional Building Surveying instructions, building strong relationships with clients and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality advice. Depending on your experience and level, you’ll have the opportunity to:

What I'm looking for
