The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ building surveying experience, strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects. MRICS status is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience delivering a range of professional surveying services.
• Contract administration experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage projects and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct condition surveys and defect analysis.
• Prepare technical reports and assist in contract administration.
• Manage projects and coordinate delivery across the South West.
• Provide client-facing support and build strong relationships.
• Support the team with varying instructions and maintain project quality.
