Job description
Overview

An established and growing consultancy is seeking a Newly Chartered Building Surveyor to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified surveyor to build on their achievements and progress quickly within a supportive, ambitious practice.


The Role

The primary focus of this position will be on:



  • Dilapidations (acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants)

  • Technical Due Diligence and pre acquisition surveys

  • Subsequent project management of refurbishment and remedial works


Whilst the core workload will have a commercial focus, primarily within industrial, office and retail assets, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure to a wider variety of sectors, including residential and mixed use projects as the workload diversifies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, TDD and defect analysis

  • Managing refurbishment and fit out projects through contract administration

  • Preparing clear and concise technical reports

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships


About You

Recently MRICS qualified (Building Surveying pathway)
Solid technical knowledge with excellent report writing skills
Commercially minded, with strong client facing ability
Proactive, ambitious and keen to progress within a consultancy environment
