Job summary

Naomi House & Jacksplace is seeking a Shop Manager for our Chineham store. You will lead day-to-day shop operations, inspire a team of staff and volunteers, and deliver a welcoming shopping environment while maximizing sales.

The role involves merchandising, community engagement and ensuring compliance with policies. The successful candidate will have retail leadership experience, a passion for frontline customer service, and a proactive approach to stock control and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced retailer with supervisory or management experience.
• Confident leader who motivates and develops others.
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Comfortable managing stock, sales and shop operations.
• Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about supporting Naomi and Jack's work.
