Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Shop Manager for a leading charity to drive the store's success and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a team of volunteers and staff, maximise sales, and create a welcoming environment for donors and customers while promoting the charity's mission and Gift Aid opportunities.

The role is 35 hours per week, with a salary of £24,000–£26,500 and a range of benefits.

A leading charity is seeking a Shop Manager to drive the success of its store. Do you have a passion for retail and a heart for making a difference? We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to lead the team in a busy store.

Your Role As Shop Manager, you will drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will lead a team of dedicated volunteers and staff to maximise sales, create a welcoming environment for customers and donors, and help raise vital funds to support this national charity.

£24000 - £26500 35 hours per week
