Job summary

PIB Group is recruiting an Insurance Administrator to support Account Executives, ensuring clients have the right covers and providing a high-quality advisory and quotation service. You’ll help generate new business opportunities while upholding group broking procedures and accurate documentation.

You will be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic UK operation, with opportunities for professional development and industry qualifications as you grow your career in insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident manner on email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives to contribute to growth and development of the company.
• Ensure clients have adequate and appropriate insurance covers.
• Assist generation of new customers with commitment, support and development of the business strategy.
• Provide professional advice and service to clients.
• Provide quotations as directed.
• Follow renewal procedures per Group Broking procedures.
• Post processing within timescales and to company standards.
• Documentation checking prior to account executive sign-off and subsequent issue.

What you’ll be doing:
