PIB Insurance, part of PIB Group, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Account Executives and service existing clients in the UK. You’ll help prepare renewals, quotations, and resolve queries while maintaining accurate records.

As you build product knowledge and pursue professional qualifications, you’ll join a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment that values development and growth opportunities. This role is based in the UK.

Formación

• Experience in insurance administration or policy service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication via email and phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Executives to contribute to growth and development of the company.
• Ensure clients have adequate and appropriate insurance covers.
• Assist generation of new customers wherever possible with commitment and support.
• Provide professional advice and service to clients.
• Prepare and provide quotations as directed.
• Follow renewal procedures per Group Broking procedures.
• Process post-transaction activities within required timescales.
• Check documentation before account executive signs off for issuing.
