Job summary

TPF Recruitment is supporting a leading accountancy practice in their search for a Business Services Group Manager in Chichester, a mixed audit and non-audit role. You will lead audit engagements, oversee statutory accounts and charitable examinations, mentor junior staff and develop client relationships within a collaborative team.

Fully qualified ACA or ACCA is required, with proven experience in general practice and charity sector work.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA required.
• Proven experience in audit and charity/not-for-profit sectors.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Experience training or mentoring junior staff and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Oversee statutory accounts preparation and independent examinations.
• Support non-audit assignments including advisory and compliance work.
• Mentor junior staff and manage workflow within the team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards.
