Job summary

TPF Recruitment are supporting a growing accountancy practice in Chichester with the recruitment of a Qualified Accountant to join their Audit & Assurance team. This ACA/ACCA qualified role offers exposure to owner managed businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations, with a clear path to management and RI status for the right candidate.

You will lead audit assignments, review files, develop client relationships and mentor junior staff, while delivering high quality statutory

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Audit experience is essential
• Ambitious and keen to take on more responsibility

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Prepare and review audit files in line with standards
• Develop client relationships and provide mentoring to junior staff
• Deliver statutory accounts and assurance services to a diverse client base
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent client service
• Support development of managers and contribute to engagement leadership
