VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Channel Manager to drive growth and value for our largest multinational customers. You will translate commercial strategy into action, work with colleagues across functions, and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

This hybrid role combines office and home-based work 2-3 days a week, with a flexible approach. You will manage acquisition, retention, renewals, and performance across defined Industry Verticals, shaping plans and driving margin.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel management or similar commercially focused roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery and drive measurable results.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acquisition, retention, and in-life targets across defined Industry Verticals.
• Turn channel priorities into execution plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate trading plans, launches and initiatives to maximise performance.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle including new opportunities, renewals, and churn reduction.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actions.
• Drive channel financial performance and support revenue/margin targets.
• Lead planning and forecasting activities with governance and business assumptions.
• Validate sales performance, AOV/MAOV data with commercial controls.
• Use insights to implement targeted interventions across the channel.
