We have well-established relationships with the top 1% of firms globally, including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, and award-winning startups.

Ideal Attributes:

• Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience capable of attracting top passive clients and talent.
• Experience in Change and Transformation or similar vertical industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proven track record in business development and account management.
• Strong networking skills to generate business opportunities.
• Demonstrated integrity in service delivery.
