We are seeking a Principle Recruitment Consultant to launch and lead our ESG recruitment services, supplying top talent to private and public sector clients. This is a high-growth, entrepreneurial role for a driven recruiter to build our ESG function from the ground up. At our fast-paced, innovative company, we believe strategy alone isn't enough—people drive real impact. Reporting to the Managing Director of Consulting, you will help identify clients needing support in developing and executing their ESG strategies.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver a recruitment strategy targeting top ESG and sustainability talent
• Build a client base and deliver tailored hiring solutions across the public and private sectors
• Use recruitment tools and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and client relationships
• Position The Vyne as a thought leader in ESG recruitment through social media and events
• Identify trends and new opportunities in the ESG talent space
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experiences, fostering long-term partnerships

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a senior-level recruiter
• ESG/sustainability knowledge preferred
• Commercially driven, confident in building C-suite relationships
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to scale a business unit
• Passionate about making an impact in the ESG space
