Job summary

White & Case is seeking a Change Manager in London to lead planning and delivery of change initiatives for innovation, AI and legal technology. You will manage change design, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption across cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience in programme-level change management within professional services, plus certifications such as PROSCI/APMG or PRINCE2/Agile.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management delivery in professional services in a programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Design change plans to accelerate adoption of legal technologies.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans with leadership stakeholders.
• Create and deliver clear multi-format communications for change initiatives and AI roadmap.
• Identify training needs and develop multi-format content for tech adoption.
• Design and rollout adoption plans for core technologies using data insights.
• Collaborate with project managers, internal comms, and learning teams to ensure delivery.
