Job Description:

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering business change and readiness activities across a major Finance transformation programme. Supporting a single business unit deployment, you will be responsible for assessing the impact of change, developing readiness plans and ensuring colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. Working closely with programme and business stakeholders, you will help drive successful adoption, support benefits realisation and contribute to the delivery of a consistent change approach across the wider Ad Astra programme.

Core duties:

• Lead and document change impact assessments for a business unit deployment
• Identify the impact of changes to processes, systems, data and ways of working
• Facilitate change impact workshops and produce clear outputs to support deployment activities
• Develop and deliver business change and readiness plans aligned to programme objectives
• Create and map user journeys to support adoption of new processes and solutions
• Support the development of engagement and communication materials for different stakeholder groups
• Work with business teams to identify, track and manage readiness activities and associated risks
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Monitor and report on change progress, readiness activities and benefit realisation measures
• Collaborate with programme, deployment and business teams to support successful implementation

Essential Skills:

• Experience delivering business change and readiness activities within large-scale technology transformation programmes
• Experience leading change impact assessments, workshops and impact analysis documentation
• Experience developing change plans, user journeys and stakeholder engagement activities
• Knowledge of Finance processes, with Financial Planning & Analysis experience desirable
• Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
