Job summary

Loop Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Business Transformation Manager in Manchester, with a hybrid two days a week on-site. You will drive organisational change across large programmes, embedding new ways of working and ensuring adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing communications, readiness, and training strategies.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments is highly desirable.

We're currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation looking to strengthen its Change function with the appointment of an experienced Change Manager.

This role sits within a large-scale transformation environment and will focus on driving successful organisational change across multiple programmes and business-critical initiatives.

You'll play a key role in helping the business embed new ways of working, improve adoption across teams, and ensure change is delivered in a structured, sustainable, and people-focused way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading change activity across complex transformation programmes
