This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation Management Office as a Change Manager. We are looking for an experienced change management professional with a proven track record of leading large transformation change programmes.
Each transformation programme is instrumental in driving the company's growth and strategic objectives. You will guide and lead change initiatives, contributing to the organization’s success.
Boots UK has a significant portfolio of transformational change, including multiple large-scale programmes. You will own the deployment of tools and capabilities to support programme delivery, managing the business change journey and assessing impacts on team members.
