Help Shape the Future of Transformation at Liverpool City CouncilLiverpool City Council's Transformation Service is entering an exciting new phase.Following a significant service review and continued investment in organisational transformation, we are strengthening our delivery, business change, PMO and change management capabilities to support some of the Council's most important priorities and improvement programmes.
As part of this journey, we are seeking a Change Management Lead on a fixed-term basis to support a critical period of workforce planning, capability development, recruitment and organisational growth.

The role:The Transformation Portfolio touches on all areas of Council activity. The Portfolio will improve our customer service, transform our leisure provision across the city, support the improvement of outcomes for people needing social care, and help to facilitate the vision of making homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring, and much more. As Change Management Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, helping colleagues and services successfully adapt to new ways of working and realise the intended benefits of transformation programmes.
This role is fixed term for 12 months as it will focus on integrating change management into new Delivery roles that have been created as part of a recent Transformation team restructure. The role will provide fixed term capacity to support this work, acting as a specialist in this area with a view to then transitioning out once knowledge transfer is complete. Please seek approval from your Line Manager if wish to be considered for this role on a secondment basis.
