Job summary

Formula. in London is seeking achange-minded programme lead to drive people-side adoption of new tools and processes. You will own the rollout plan, from initial announcement to everyday use, and ensure staff understand and embrace the changes.

You’ll craft internal messaging for all levels, secure visible executive backing, and guide teams through training and launch readiness to ensure a smooth go-live. This role reports to leadership and shapes the workforce's engagement with new technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a big programme where new systems or processes changed how staff worked, ideally somewhere with strict compliance requirements.
• Clear writing and presenting, and the confidence to win over senior decision-makers.
• A track record of bringing several teams or departments along at once.
• Hands-on experience running training and roll-outs (essential).

Responsibilities

• Set the overall plan for bringing people with the programme, from the first announcement to everyday use.
• Write and run internal messaging that works for everyone, from the boardroom to new joiners.
• Get leadership teams visibly behind the work and help them decide priorities and timing.
• Recruit and coach go-to people in each team who help colleagues get started.
• Guide training, internal comms and launch readiness so every team is set up before tools go live.
• Run regular pulse surveys and track usage figures to see what’s working and fix what isn’t.
