McKinsey in London is seeking a senior transformation practitioner to shape governance and drive end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream initiatives. You will translate strategy into concrete actions, KPIs, and value levers across cost, productivity, and working capital.

You will coach executives, build transformation capabilities, and collaborate with strategists, functional and digital experts to ensure sustained impact. Hybrid London role with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering complex transformation or performance improvement programs that drive EBITDA uplift and value.
• Ability to lead workstreams or modules independently through planning to impact delivery.
• Proven mentoring experience within teams.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
• Structured problem-solving with analytical and communication strengths.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; translate analysis into action.
• Experience with AI-related solutions (analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools).
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, proactive; thrives under pressure.
• Deep experience in value-creation areas (operating-model redesign, working-capital, procurement, productivity, or P&L transformation).

• Shape transformation governance, including design and operationalize Transformation Offices.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end with ownership from design to measurable impact.
• Translate strategy into execution with concrete initiatives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Unlock value across cost, productivity, procurement, working capital, and growth.
• Redesign operating models, governance systems, and performance management routines.
• Mobilize leadership and teams, coaching executives to enable ownership.
• Collaborate across McKinsey with strategists, functional and digital experts to deliver outcomes.
