Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Change Lead to support the NHS People Portal implementation across the Trust’s sites, driving workforce process redesign and supporting organisational change. You will coordinate testing activities and ensure adoption of new ways of working across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and developing training materials to prepare colleagues for new systems and processes.

• Experience leading change management initiatives within large programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, IT,Payroll and operations.
• Analytical approach to benefits, risks and readiness assessments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support change management activities to ensure successful NHS People Portal implementation and adoption across the Trust.
• Review current workforce processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design future ways of working.
• Conduct change impact assessments and support revised processes and procedures.
