Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Implementation Co-ordinator to support the rollout of the NHS People Portal across the Trust. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering the implementation programme, acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, and supporting staff through the transition.

You will design and deliver training, create support materials, and ensure staff are confident using the new system, while working closely with the Implementation Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of all aspects of the Trust's implementation programme.
• Act as system administrator and subject matter expert for the NHS People Portal implementation.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and develop training materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage communication across the organisation.
