DVF Recruitment is partnered with a world-leading reinsurer currently undergoing one of the largest change initiatives in the insurance sector. They have created a new change lead role to oversee all BAU activities and report to the 2nd line.

Experience:

1. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and embedding risk and/or compliance frameworks across organisations at various maturity levels.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead major change initiatives and transformation workstreams.
3. Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including PRA, FCA, and Solvency II, as well as equivalent EU regulations.
4. Must have insurance experience.
