Experience:

• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and embedding risk and/or compliance frameworks across organisations at various stages of maturity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead major change initiatives and transformation workstreams.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including PRA, FCA, and Solvency II, as well as equivalent EU regulations.
• Must have insurance experience.
