The University of Cambridge is seeking a Change and Engagement Manager within the Finance Division to lead adoption and engagement for the Finance Transformation Programme. You will work with sponsors, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption of new processes, data and ways of working.

You will drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and greater proficiency of changes that impact staff, supporting benefits realization and objective achievement across

• Experience applying change management principles and methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with ability to conduct high impact workshops and presentations.
