Freshwater Recruitment Ltd is supporting an organisation through a major transformation and seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead a large-scale separation programme in the UK.

You'll work alongside the Change Lead, owning change activity across projects, delivering change plans, engaging stakeholders, and creating communications and training materials to ensure business readiness ahead of milestones and go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Change Manager with experience delivering process, system and organisational change.
• Experience in Finance or corporate transformation environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing change plans, communications and training.
• Ability to work with data and feedback to measure change adoption.

Freshwater Recruitment is supporting an organisation through a significant period of transformation and is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale separation programme.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping teams navigate significant changes to processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring the business is ready for the new environment.

The role

Working alongside the Change Lead, you’ll take ownership of change activity across a number of projects, including:

• Assessing the impact of change across Finance and the wider business
• Developing and delivering practical change plans
• Engaging stakeholders and Change Champions to build adoption
• Creating clear communications and training materials
• Supporting business readiness ahead of key milestones and go-live
• Gathering feedback and tracking adoption to ensure change is embedded

About you

We’re looking for a hands‑on Change Manager with experience delivering process, system and organisational change, ideally within Finance or a corporate transformation environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience developing change plans, communications and training
• A good understanding of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C or R2R
• A practical, delivery-focused approach
• The ability to work with data and feedback to measure whether change is landing effectively

This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract, the role can be based in either London or Manchester, 2 days per week in the office.
