Gamma Communications plc is undergoing a significant transformation and seeks a Change Enablement Manager to lead adoption of new processes and technologies. The role focuses on strategic direction for training, creating resources, driving user adoption, and measuring impact, with emphasis on digital adoption platforms.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite at our London office, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to shape how teams learn and adapt during transformation across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training or instructional design.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools and digital adoption platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement strategic direction for adoption and training initiatives to align with Transformation goals.
• Manage relationships with key training partners, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, features, and processes in line with adult learning principles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adoption and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance to adoption and develop strategies to address it.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive training documentation library.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct training needs analysis, assess readiness and create tailored learning solutions.
• Provide coaching and support to Change Champions, managers, supervisors to help them lead adoption within their teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Utilize digital adoption platforms to enhance adoption and training experiences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and adoption.
