  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle challenging conversations constructively.
  • Strong reporting and project administration capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local delivery of the new organisational structure, turning implementation plans into practical action.
  • Act as a trusted change partner for local teams, helping managers and employees navigate the transition.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including line managers, senior leaders and central project teams.
  • Support staff engagement and communications, helping people understand what the changes mean for them.
  • Identify and manage local risks, issues and dependencies, escalating significant concerns through the appropriate governance channels.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to remove duplication, improve efficiency and support the new operating model.
  • Help teams establish effective processes and ways of working within the new structure.
  • Support process mapping, knowledge sharing and upskilling where required.
  • Coordinate activity across local teams and work closely with colleagues across other geographical areas and HQ.
  • Produce clear, concise implementation and progress reports for management teams.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the specific requirements and challenges of each location.

Junior Project Manager/ Project Coordinator/Change Coordinator

Join a major organisational change programme supporting the implementation of a new business centre model across a large public sector organisation. This role will act as a local change lead, helping teams transition smoothly while improving consistency, efficiency and ways of working.

Role Overview
  • Location: Bristol or York - 3 days a week onsite
  • Package: Inside IR35 Contract role through to Financial Year End
  • Industry: Public Sector/Government
