Job summary

Addition is seeking a Junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator/Change Coordinator to lead local delivery of the new organisational structure within a large public sector programme. The role is based in Bristol or York, with three days onsite each week, on a contract through to the Financial Year End (Inside IR35).

You will partner with local teams and HQ, manage risks and dependencies, engage stakeholders, and produce concise progress reports as the programme evolves.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change or project implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels of an organisation.
• Experience supporting teams through structural or operational change.
• Good understanding of risk, issue and dependency management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider project and leadership teams.
• Strong reporting and project administration capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead local delivery of the new structural changes and turn plans into action.
• Act as a trusted change partner for local teams navigating transition.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including HQ.
• Support staff engagement and communications to explain changes.
• Identify and manage local risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Review processes to remove duplication and improve efficiency.
• Help teams establish effective processes within the new structure.
• Support process mapping, knowledge sharing and upskilling where required.
• Coordinate activity across local teams and other regions.
• Produce clear implementation and progress reports for management.
