Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Change Consultant to support and own delivery of change initiatives within the Group Customer & Communications function. You’ll coordinate planning, governance and reporting across projects, working with Change Managers and leading on smaller but critical changes.

• Experience supporting change, project, PMO or business improvement activity.
• Strong planning, governance, reporting and implementation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting and implementation across projects and workstreams.
• Support or lead change activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and governance packs are produced.
• Facilitate adoption and continuous improvement through training and readiness activities.
