Ashurst is looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working, you will drive communications strategies to inform and engage employees and stakeholders during periods of organisational change.

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will craft messaging for IT and systems rollouts, operations updates and broader transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a communications role with a focus on change/internal communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills that distil complex information for diverse audiences
• Experience working with project management teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience communicating across IT, systems and operational change initiatives
