Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Communications and Change Strategist to join a global consulting firm within the learning and design team. You will develop communications and change strategies, and manage a master communications calendar aligned to programme objectives and business priorities.

The role begins as a 12 month contract (Inside IR35) with PAYE; onsite 1-2 days per week at Canary Wharf, London, with flexible onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications or change management within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies for organisational change, digital transformation or technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and seniority levels.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience adapting communications for global audiences with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and proactively drives outcomes.
