Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a proactive manager to oversee the delivery of Functional Skills within Supported internships across London and Yorkshire. You will lead a team, drive performance against KPIs and ensure high standards of education and service to young people.

The role is homebased with nationwide travel, offering the chance to shape inclusive skills development while working within a values-driven charity that champions equal opportunities.

Purpose

To oversee the successful delivery of Functional Skills within Supported internships in London and Yorkshire. Ensuring the team is effectively managed and able to achieve high performance against KPIs and deliver a high standard of education and service to young people.

Location

You will be homebased with nationwide travel required
