Shaw Trust in the East of England and Southeast of England is recruiting for a CFO Support Worker. You will manage a caseload of participants in custody and community settings, providing high quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to resettlement and achieve milestones.

We will be delivering the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme in the East of England and Southeast of England.
We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Support Worker. In this role you will manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high quality support and guidance. You will help participants overcome barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment.
You will undergo enhanced vetting checks.

In this role you will work across different locations in custody and within community hubs. The locations are HMP Elmley and Canterbury Probation.
