Job summary

Trinity College London is seeking a Centre Team Leader for our Stratford SELT Centre (London) with responsibilities spanning Stratford and Belfast test points. The role reports to the Centre Manager and involves supervising daily operations to ensure a high-quality, compliant testing service.

You will train and develop centre staff, perform quality checks, and act as the first escalation point for candidate and examiner concerns. Regular weekend work is required as per rota.

Qualifications

• Good level of education and ability to communicate at all levels with excellent customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills with keen eye for detail.
• Team player able to work with stakeholders, colleagues and examiners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations within the test point and ensure adherence to Trinity's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide supervisory administrative support and assist with training and development of centre staff.
• Deputise for Centre Manager in their absence and act as first escalation point for candidate/examiner complaints.
• Organise workload, delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure accuracy.
• Support local marketing and wider business development strategies.
