Job summary

ANGLO Limited seeks a Teaching Manager (Director of Studies) to lead teaching teams across multiple UK campuses. You will supervise academic staff, ensure a high-quality programme, and maintain Trinity GESE preparation standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and adherence to ANGLO policies. The position involves coordinating centre operations, overseeing assessments, and driving CPD initiatives while ensuring excellent student learning experiences in a demanding educational

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• 3 years’ experience teaching under-18s
• Experience conducting lesson observations and delivering CPD
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Google Drive and classroom technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to high‑quality customer service
• Ability to work under pressure, strong work ethic and ability to implement change
• Committed to personal and the team’s professional development
• Adaptable and flexible
• Management experience in a similar environment
• Experience in preparing students for Trinity GESE
• Experience administering Trinity GESE

Responsibilities

• Report to Programme Manager and Head Office
• Attend the TM Training webinar prior to centre opening
• Administer placement tests where necessary
• Assign teachers to classes appropriately considering skills and experience
• Attend meetings as required by Head Office and Programme Manager
• Ensure teaching staff comply with ANGLO programmes and policies
• Lead teacher meetings and address raised issues
• Supervise documentation: class registers, lesson plans, student profiles, weekly academic reports
• Oversee Trinity GESE registrations with Head Office
• Lead inductions and CPD sessions
• Provide guidance and advice to teaching staff
