Job summary

Porsche Retail Group Ltd is seeking a part-time Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant in the Guildford area. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming customers and guiding them through the showroom to ensure an outstanding journey and brand experience.

You will support sales and aftersales teams, handle enquiries, and participate in hosting events with a friendly, professional approach. The role offers a rotating shift pattern, a competitive hourly rate, and a range of benefits

• Background in hospitality, retail or reception or similar customer facing role.
• Friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and customers promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through the showroom, answering questions and providing information about vehicles, features, and promotions.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Manage incoming calls, forwarding them onto the right department.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including the arrangement of vehicles and product displays.
• Offering refreshments and ensuring the waiting areas are well stocked and clean.
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to improve the showroom experience and reporting any concerns.
• Support administrative tasks as required.

Job description

As a Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant you will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure, they are provided a warm welcome and an outstanding customer journey experience. You will be a brand ambassador, always representing Porsche Retail Group and the Porsche brand.

When you are not hosting customers or responding to incoming enquiries by phone or email, you will support the sales and aftersales teams by managing customer flow and maintaining a pristine showroom environment. From time to time, you will also complete generalist administration duties and participate in hosting events.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work in the UK without Sponsorship
• Full Driving Licence
• Background in hospitality, retail, reception or similar customer facing role

• Team orientated mindset

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience of working in a large franchised automotive dealership
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft office, customer database systems)

Work Pattern Available

Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (7:30 - 18:00)

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (7:30 - 18:00), Saturday (8:00 - 16:00/9:00 - 17:00)
