About the Role As a Centre Support Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our Family Hubs, greeting all visitors to the centre. You will support colleagues by undertaking administrative tasks including managing the electronic room booking system, setting up rooms, maintaining and ordering resources, updating databases and electronic records. You will also be required to undertake health and safety checks to ensure that the centre and its grounds are fit for purpose, reporting issues where necessary. You may also be required to support the delivery of group interventions with families, young people, and children, therefore safeguarding knowledge is essential. Use of a vehicle is essential, to enable travel between our Family Hubs. An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post.
