Legacy Leisure Ltd in Derbyshire's West Park Leisure Centres is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the effective operation, drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring safe, welcoming facilities.

You will lead and develop staff, liaise with industry bodies, and uphold the charity’s values of driving innovation and excellence.

This is a role within a well-established not-for-profit organisation with a strong community focus.

Formación

• Essential: management experience in leisure operations.
• Not-for-profit sector experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Strong ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
