Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Centre Manager at our Leeds Autocentre to lead the team and deliver an outstanding customer journey.

You will drive business performance, develop staff through coaching, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. This role offers a base salary of £35,000-£37,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus, and OTE up to £48,600.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management in automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.
• Coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards.
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management.
• A current valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £48,600
• Comprising a base salary of £35,000 - £37,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,600 per year.

Skills and experience

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s
